WeBuyVintage: filling roadshows across the UK

      Roadshow events

More than 300 roadshows in November 2026 alone, each with around 8,000 local homes leafleted.

      • 300+roadshows held in November 2026
      • 2.5mhomes leafleted for November’s roadshows
      • 8,000homes targeted around each event
      • 20m+leaflets delivered for WeBuyVintage

      The brief

WeBuyVintage runs antiques and jewellery buying roadshows in towns across the UK, with new venues added every month. Every event needs local people through the door, and the number of roadshows keeps growing.

      What we did

We plan every roadshow from data, choosing the local postcode sectors most likely to respond around each venue and keeping areas fresh so homes are not leafleted too often. Control areas are held back so response can be measured, and every order is delivered by Royal Mail Door to Door.

      The result

More than 300 roadshows held in November 2026, with around 2.5 million homes leafleted to bring people through the door, and more than 20 million leaflets delivered for WeBuyVintage in total.

      Tapi: a measured national test

      National retail

649,607 homes around more than 80 Tapi stores, in a door drop test built to prove its own results.

      • 649,607homes in the October 2026 test
      • 80+Tapi stores, each with its own catchment
      • Controlgroups to measure uplift

      The brief

Tapi wanted to know what door drops could really do for its stores, before committing to a bigger national programme.

      What we did

We designed an October test covering geographic expansion, frequency, store and decile targeting, and pricing, with control groups built in so every result can be compared against homes that did not receive a leaflet.

      The result

649,607 homes around more than 80 stores received the campaign. Results are being measured against the control groups, giving Tapi clear evidence to plan its next step.

      B&M: launching and refitting stores

      Store openings

Twelve door drops around new and refitted B&M stores in four months.

      • 12store campaigns, July to October 2026
      • 285,000+homes around the stores
      • UK wideEngland, Scotland and Wales

      The brief

Every new or refitted B&M store needs local shoppers to know it is open.

      What we did

We plan a door drop around each store, from Middleton, Kingswinford and Colchester to Stirling, Newtown and the Isle of Wight, reaching the households in its catchment.

      The result

More than 285,000 homes reached across twelve store launches and refits, with each campaign planned around its own store.

Care home group: reaching families across the UK

      Care homes

Door drops around more than 27 care homes, reaching over 1.5 million homes in a single month.

      • 3.2mhomes reached, May to October 2026
      • 1.57mhomes in September alone
      • 4 regionsNorth, Midlands, South East and South West

      The brief

A UK care home group runs homes across the country and wanted to reach local families around each home.

      What we did

We plan door drops around each care home, grouped into regional campaigns for the North, the Midlands, the South East and the South West, plus campaigns for individual homes.

      The result

More than 3.2 million homes reached since May 2026, including 1.57 million around 27 care homes in September.

      Foxtons: London homeowners

      London estate agent

Around 300,000 leaflets to freehold homes across Foxtons’ London branch areas.

      • 300,000freehold homes
      • Royal MailDoor to Door
      • Repeatbooking within two months

      The brief

Foxtons wanted to reach freehold homeowners in its target price band across its London branch areas, from Camden and Islington to Wimbledon, Richmond and Croydon.

      What we did

We ranked every postcode sector by how closely its homes matched the brief, recommended the sectors that scored above average, and let Foxtons choose the final selection. Royal Mail delivered to every address in those sectors from 19 January 2026.

      The result

Foxtons came back to LDM in March 2026 for a further door drop in New Malden.
